DUE TO A CYBER ATTACK ON ROYAL MAIL`S WEBSITE IN EARLY JANUARY 2023 AND A STILL ONGOING TECHNICAL ISSUES AS THE RESULT OF THAT, YOUR TRACKING MAY NOT CHANGE FROM "SENDER PREPARING ITEM" FOR WEEKS.

WE ARE UNABLE TO ISSUE A REFUND OR SEND A REPLACEMENT FOR 45 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL SENT TO YOU.

WE SHALL MONITOR THE PROGRESS OF OUR INTERNATIONAL PARCELS IN THE FOLLOWING WEEKS TO SEE IF THE DELIVERY TIME AND TRACKING INFORMATION IMPROVE.

If you do not find any special closure date above we dispatch orders and welcome customers to our workshop in Harrow Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays).

Lunch break: 12:00-12:30. You might find our shutter closed during lunch break.
